While serving as both a consultant and later as an RH associate, I took charge of addressing various design, installation, and commissioning challenges in my role as the in-house engineer.

Over the course of two years, I had the opportunity to:

- Foster growth within our engineering consultant network

- Educate and provide valuable engineering expertise to our internal design team

- Conduct field inspections and collaboratively resolve issues alongside our construction and preservation teams

- Cultivate strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors

As part of my contributions before leaving, I implemented an HVAC national account program and authored an Engineering Guidelines document, serving as a comprehensive design roadmap to ensure RH was equipped with best practices, thus guaranteeing consistent and high-quality MEP design deliveries for the future.
